It looks like there's a kiriban coming up at 10,000. Y'know, I've never celebrated a kiriban before, but this is a nice number to start I guess. I thought I should update this to let people know I'm still alive...

I haven't done a lot of art/craft stuff recently. I left the art industry last summer and have greatly reduced the amount of other art/craft-related stuff, as I don't have a lot of free time anymore. I'm happy about my change in direction though. I will still be working on the Zelda Anthology Project [link] volume II, due out this May. I'm hoping to complete a comic plus a 3D illustration as well. I'm kind of excited about doing it since my creative energy is high now that art is now fun again and seeming less like work. :3

Since I'll only have the ZAP! book this year, I don't know if I will be going to Anime North's Artist Alley (or whatever they're calling it now). If I can get a table without too much hassle then... maybe.

I still have most of the previous items available for sale. Maybe I should put them in the etsy shop if I get some time later this month. I can still fill orders for katamari dolls and hats as well. In the meantime, if you are interested in buying something, please email me the specifics, including your location (for shipping estimates) to heather (at) heatherchan (dot) com .

Other than that, I hope to find time to do some acrylic painting eventually. I would especially like to try some abstracted works. Hmmm.
